Kokua, the Hawaii Career Information Delivery System, is a computerized system
of career and related educational information. Its mission is to provide localized
current information for career decision making and career planning. 2006 marks
Career Kokua's 26th year of providing quality localized career information to
Hawaii's schools and career development agencies.

Career Kokua provides an excellent start in the career exploration and planning

Career Kokua includes career assessments which you can use to link your self-reported
preferences to occupations.
- CAREER NAVIGATOR is a 28-item occupational sorting tool that matches an
individual's work preferences and life priorities to occupational requirements.
- HOLLAND is an activity which will match your personality type to occupations.
- SKILLS is a skills analysis process for listing skills and finding matching
occupations
- INTEREST PROFILER is a self-directed assessment that can help you learn
information about yourself when exploring careers.
- WORK IMPORTANCE LOCATOR is a 20-item self-assessment career exploration
tool that allows users to focus on what is important to them in a job.
